In 2012, and internal communication study was conducted at
Tesco and the results showed that the behavioural issues of the employees with
the customers are negatively affecting the force for the growth of the company
in a highly competitive market. These results are not positive for the company’s
growth so management and taking immediate steps to identify the causes of the
negative behaviour of the staff members in order to resolve their issues and
problems. Tesco took several steps to motivates the staff members especially
were associated with the customer services and how wide the employees. So the
importance of motivation to the Tesco is an important topics of the research.
