Hello everyone! If you have watched my other videosyou know now that facial acupressure is a very efficient way to lookyounger, and today I'm going to show you2 acupressure points to improve your skin. So the first step to improve the skin is actuallyto detox it and to detox your body. So for that,we are going to use the main detox pointin acupressure, it's called Hokku. It's located on the Large Intestine meridian. It's the 4th pointon that meridian. So, the Hokku pointis just in the webbing here, between the thumb and the forefinger. So you just seek the bones here,and at the intersection, so to speak,you would find a kind of depression and that's where you press. The angle of the pressure is alongthe forearm bone, that direction. Just use your other thumb(not the tip, but the cushion). You just position yourthumb here, and you press in the webbing. You can just stay still for 1 minute,or you can massage the point becauseit's not fragile. This area is not fragile, it's very thick,so we can actually press hard, pressreally firmly and we can massage. So you do the first hand and then you changeand you do the second hand. Then, the second point is actually called in Chinese the "Heavenly Appearance" point, so that's reallya very good point to use for the skin and for beauty in general. This one is located just below the ear lobe. Below the ear lobeyou will find a bone here, along the neck. At the foot of the boneyou will find a depressionhere. I'll show you better that way. . . The depression is here. So you look at the 2 points (1 on the right side, 1 on the left side), you use your forefingers,again: not the tips, but the cushionsand you press,firmly, in that direction,or for about 1 minute. So you do these very simple exercise with two pointsabout twice a day. Try to do itas long as you can, minimum for one week,and you will shortly see that your skin is really improvingas well as your digestion etcbecause you are using the detox points.
